Set Up MailWizz on Fasthosts VPS for HTML Email Campaigns Across Three Licences

We need an experienced MailWizz and email deliverability specialist to install, configure and test MailWizz on our existing Fasthosts VPS. Our normal business email is handled through Google Workspace and must remain unchanged. Google Workspace should continue handling everyday emails and incoming campaign replies. The Fasthosts VPS will be used to send periodic campaigns of approximately 5,000 recipients. A full campaign should be processed reliably within a maximum of a few hours using appropriate queues and throttling. Our VPS package is believed to include: 8 vCPU 16 GB RAM 480 GB NVMe storage Full administrative access Required Setup The contractor must: Install and configure MailWizz on the Fasthosts VPS Configure a suitable SMTP sending system Connect MailWizz to the VPS sending infrastructure Configure a dedicated sending subdomain Keep Google Workspace working normally Direct campaign replies to our existing Google Workspace inboxes Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS and reverse DNS/PTR Configure queues, cron jobs and suitable sending throttles Configure bounces, unsubscribes and suppression lists Secure the server and MailWizz installation Configure backups and basic monitoring The contractor should confirm that Fasthosts permits the required outbound SMTP traffic before completing the installation. Users and Licences The setup must support three MailWizz users or licences in total: One principal user Two colleagues Please recommend the most suitable compliant structure, whether this is separate installations or secure user accounts within one installation. Each colleague should be able to manage their own campaigns, mailing lists, templates and reports. Email Requirements We need professional HTML emails that look like normal individually written business emails rather than newsletters. The contractor must create at least one reusable template which: Includes our normal signature Is easy to edit without changing HTML Supports text, images, links and personalisation fields Works properly on desktop and mobile Displays correctly in Gmail and Outlook Includes the required unsubscribe information Can be duplicated for future campaigns Users must be able to upload CSV or Excel lists, edit campaigns, send test emails, schedule campaigns and view delivery reports. Testing The contractor must test: Delivery to Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication Reverse DNS, TLS and sending-domain configuration Replies arriving in Google Workspace Bounce and unsubscribe processing Suppression lists Personalisation fields HTML display on desktop and mobile Campaign queues and throttling A controlled volume test demonstrating that approximately 5,000 emails can be processed within a few hours Screenshots or reports confirming successful authentication should be provided. Training and Handover The contractor must provide: A narrated video showing how to upload lists, create campaigns, edit templates, send tests, schedule campaigns and view reports Instructions for all three users Written setup and administrator documentation Details of all software, DNS changes and recurring costs An agreed period of post-installation support Sensitive passwords and keys must not appear in the recording.
