Setter/Closer Needed for High Ticket Sales

About us Her Tech Academy is an online certification program that teaches non-technical women how to use AI, run projects, and turn their skills into income and roles. It includes three full certification courses (AI Mastery with Claude, Project Management, and Make Money / Portfolio Career), 27 modules, and 99 video lessons. Our audience is smart, ambitious women already in the workforce (marketing, ops, admin, healthcare, client success, and more) who want to stay indispensable as AI changes their field. We have strong inbound interest and warm leads coming in. What we need now is someone who can book those conversations and close them. The role We are hiring a setter/closer to own our enrollment conversations end to end. Female preferred as it's a program that is for women. As a setter you will work warm inbound leads from our content, ads, and waitlist; qualify prospects and book them into sales calls; follow up consistently across DM, email, and text until they show or opt out; and keep the pipeline clean and notes updated. As a closer you will run live enrollment calls with qualified women; listen well, handle objections with care, and guide the right fit to enroll; and hit and protect close rates while keeping the experience high-trust and pressure-free. Who you are You have setting and/or closing experience, ideally in education, coaching, info products, or a high-ticket offer. You genuinely care about people and sell with integrity, not hype (this audience does not respond to bro-y, pushy tactics). You are organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-up. You communicate clearly and warmly in writing and on calls. Bonus points if you connect with our mission of helping women grow their careers with AI. Compensation This is a commission-only role. You earn a percentage of every enrollment you close (15-20%) (and a set fee per qualified call booked, for setters). Top performers will have room to grow with us as we scale. We will share exact commission structure and average deal size on a quick intro call. How to apply This is the most important part.
