Setup of Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM

We are a small professional services firm seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales consultant to configure and implement our CRM instance from the ground up. This is not a beginner project and we require someone with demonstrated, hands-on expertise delivering Dynamics 365 Sales implementations for small businesses or professional services teams. The scope of work includes full environment setup for three users, configuration of entities, views, and dashboards tailored to our business, proper data import (contacts, accounts, and pipeline), and the build-out of our core sales processes including lead management, opportunity stages, and activity tracking. We expect the consultant to guide us through best practices for data hygiene and data entry standards so our team builds good habits from day one, not bad ones we have to undo later. Deliverables should include a working, tested instance with user roles assigned, at least one walkthrough session with our team, and lightweight documentation covering our configured processes. Please include examples of prior Dynamics 365 Sales implementations in your proposal, your preferred approach to scoping a project like this, and an estimated timeline. Applicants without a verifiable Dynamics 365 background will not be considered.
