Setup GHL Reputation Management Snapshot

I am new to GoHighLevel. I have Delan O’Reilly’s (the GHL Wizard) GHL Reputation Management snapshot and I need it setup. The snapshot requests reviews and if the reviews are positive they get posted on Google Business Page, Facebook and Instagram. It includes the use of niftyimages.com where the recipient’s name will be added into an image within the email. After someone submits a positive review to one of the aforementioned websites, they should be asked for a video testimonial. The deliverables for this project include: The snapshot setup and working in a test subaccount. Detailed written documentation on how to copy the snapshot into another subaccount and set it up. Comments in the workflow explaining each node so I can better understand GHL. The snapshot assets need to be renamed using this naming convention: ASSET TYPE | Product/Area | Purpose | Version For example Asset type Format Snapshot SNAP | Reputation | v2026.05.26 Workflow WF | Reputation | Trigger | Result | v2026.05.26 Prompt PROMPT | Reputation | Bot | Intent | v2026.05.26 SOP SOP | Reputation | Build + QA | v2026.05.26 The goal of the naming convention is that anyone should be able to look at an asset and know what it is, what product it belongs to, what it does, and whether it is current. Please provide the following: Your testing process and the scenarios you will test. What criteria should be used to determine whether the project is complete. Estimated lead time before you can start the project if hired. Estimated number of days to complete the project. Project milestones, if any. Policy on requesting revisions.
