Setup New WordPress Site on Windows 11 Machine

Summary

We are looking for someone with experience setting up a new WordPress site on a Windows 11 machine. We have WordPress and MySql installed, but it probably needs to be cleaned up a bit so it's possible a reinstall might be necessary. Once cleaned up, we'll need a handful of plugins installed and then the new site restored from a backup file. We also have one domain that should be pointing to the new location, but it might require some configuration changes in Cloudflare to ensure the traffic is being routed correctly. I'm hoping to get this wrapped up within the next few days to a week.
