Shared Living Housing lead generator & Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized "Shared Housing" lead generator and Intake Coordinator. This person will assist with generating leads by contacting housing specialists in the community, discharge planners at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, homeless shelters through phone and email. They will also help with follow-up on the leads periodically. Lead generation also through housing and rooming apps, other apps like airbnb, furnished finder and social media - facebook etc. Consistently engaging leads and directing them to website to apply for housing. Once an application has been received you will qualify them and proceed to assist with the onboarding process. Booking appointments for touring the homes. Onboarding process is mainly coordinating dates and time as well as paperwork to be signed. You will also use canva to create brochures, fliers as need arises. Jotforms for paperwork and application forms Other apps as necessary The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, administrative support, and effective communication via email and phone. This role requires a strong attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
