Shopee and Lazada VA

We are a growing e-commerce brand seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our Shopee and Lazada stores. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage product listings, including uploading, updating, and optimizing titles, descriptions, and pricing ✅ Conduct competitor research and keyword optimization to improve visibility ✅ Handle order processing, tracking, and customer service inquiries ✅ Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for smooth order fulfillment ✅ Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and voucher strategies ✅ Monitor store performance, reviews, and customer feedback ✅ Generate sales and performance reports with actionable insights ✅ Stay updated on Shopee & Lazada policies and best practices Requirements: ✔ Proven experience managing Shopee & Lazada stores (at least 1 year) ✔ Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing, SEO, and promotional strategies ✔ Familiarity with Shopee & Lazada Seller Centers ✔ Excellent communication skills (English and local language) ✔ Detail-oriented and highly organized ✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ✔ Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis tools is a plus
