Shopify E-Commerce Financial Analyst Needed to Build Comprehensive P&L for Brand Exit

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce accountant, bookkeeper, or financial analyst to help us create a comprehensive Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for our Shopify brand. Our brand launched in February 2025, and we are currently preparing for a potential business sale/exit. We already have much of the data organized and a partially completed P&L, but we need someone to consolidate everything, verify accuracy, identify any missing expenses, and deliver a buyer-ready financial statement. What We Will Provide Shopify access Existing Google Sheets with financial data Partially completed P&L COGS spreadsheet Advertising spend data Access to order, refund, chargeback, and fee information Any additional documentation required Scope of Work We need a complete P&L covering February 2025 through the present date, including: Gross Revenue Net Revenue Refunds Chargebacks Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Shipping Costs Advertising Spend Shopify Fees Payment Processing Fees Software & App Expenses Contractor/Agency Costs Other Operating Expenses Monthly Net Profit Lifetime Business Performance Deliverables Fully completed P&L from launch through present day Monthly financial breakdowns Lifetime summary Clean, organized Google Sheet and/or Excel file Notes on any discrepancies, missing expenses, or recommendations Requirements Prior experience working with Shopify brands Strong understanding of e-commerce financial reporting Experience creating P&Ls for acquisitions, investors, or business exits is a major plus Attention to detail and ability to reconcile data across multiple sources When Applying, Please Include Relevant Shopify or e-commerce experience Examples of similar projects you've completed Your estimated turnaround time Your fixed-price quote for the project Please note that we already have a partially completed P&L and much of the data organized, so this is not a project starting entirely from scratch.
