Shopify E-Commerce Operations VA | Fashion Brand

We’re looking for a full-time Shopify Virtual Assistant to support a growing apparel brand. This is a hands-on e-commerce operations role focused on maintaining product pages, improving site accuracy, and supporting daily Shopify updates. Responsibilities: - Upload and optimise product images - Update product descriptions and basic on-page SEO - Manage variants, collections, and cross-sells - Support landing page and theme section updates - Check mobile and desktop layouts for accuracy - Upload and manage reviews using Shopify apps (e.g. Stamped) - Run regular site checks for inconsistencies - Support light reconciliation across Shopify, PayPal, and Klarna - Provide clear progress updates in Asana Requirements: - At least 2 years of Shopify backend experience - Comfortable working with Shopify theme sections - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Good written English - Organised, responsive, and able to work independently - Available for a full-time, long-term role - Able to overlap with UK working hours for at least 3–4 hours per day To apply, please include: 1.
