Inspired by Tony Robbins' philosophy of creating raving fans by delivering massive value, we're looking for a retention strategist who can help us build one of the best customer loyalty experiences in our industry. Our current technology stack includes: Shopify Growave Klaviyo Gorgias Alia We're not looking for someone to simply manage software. We're looking for someone who understands customer psychology, retention marketing, loyalty economics, and customer lifetime value. Your mission Design and optimize a loyalty ecosystem that turns first-time customers into lifelong advocates. Responsibilities include: Audit our existing Growave implementation. Improve our loyalty and VIP programs. Increase customer lifetime value (LTV). Increase repeat purchase rate. Design meaningful rewards that go beyond discounts. Improve referrals and review generation. Recommend customer segmentation strategies. Work alongside our existing Klaviyo marketing agency. Build a measurable roadmap with clear KPIs.
