Customer Support Representative (Shopify, WooCommerce & ReAmaze About Us We are a fast-growing eCommerce company committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who has experience using **Shopify, WooCommerce, and ReAmaze to join our team. ### Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and contact forms using Re:amaze. * Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, refunds, replacements, and product inquiries. * Manage customer orders in Shopify and WooCommerce. * Process refunds, reshipments, gift cards, discount codes, and order edits. * Investigate delivery issues, missing items, damaged products, and carrier-related concerns. * Maintain accurate customer records and internal notes. * Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while providing outstanding customer service. * Escalate complex cases to management when necessary. ### Requirements * Previous customer support experience in an eCommerce environment. * Hands-on experience with **Shopify**, **WooCommerce**, and **Re:amaze**. * Excellent written English communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with USPS and UPS shipping inquiries. * Familiarity with payment gateways, refunds, and fraud/KYC processes. * Experience handling customer escalations while maintaining professionalism.
