Position Overview Ilios Lighting and Lume Cube are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Operator. This role is responsible for taking approved marketing calendars, promotion plans, product launches, and creative assets and ensuring execution across Shopify, and Amazon. Themes and apps are in place so work can be scheduled out once the quarterly promotional calendar comes out with follow up to ensure things launched without issue. Responsibilities include: -Schedule promotional pricing -Configure discount codes -Set up automatic discounts -Configure gift-with-purchase offers -Set up bundle promotions -Schedule homepage banners -Update collection pages -Update promotional landing pages -Coordinate Amazon promotions -QA all promotions before launch -Remove expired promotions Product Launch Management Own website implementation for all new products and bundles using exiting themes. (only 1-2 per month) Responsibilities include: -Create Shopify products -Configure variants -Upload assets -Build product pages using already created themes -Utilize AI to draft product descriptions and benefits from supplied documentation -Create FAQ sections -Configure metafields -Configure cross-sells and upsells -Assign products to collections -Configure shipping profiles -Verify inventory settings -QA before launch Create conversion-focused landing pages for promotions, launches, and paid media campaigns. Responsibilities include: -Build 1-2 landing pages per month per brand -Create A/B testing variations when appropriate -Ensure mobile optimization -QA across multiple devices -Implement approved designs (You will work directly with our paid media team on this and work with Figma designs) Manage ongoing SEO initiatives. Responsibilities include: -Publish weekly SEO-focused blog content -Utilize AI tools to assist with content generation Continuously monitor and improve website performance. Responsibilities include: -Review conversion rates -Monitor cart abandonment -Review mobile performance -Monitor site speed -Analyze landing page performance -Identify UX improvements -Recommend A/B testing opportunities Provide a monthly CRO improvement report. Responsibilities include: -Promotional pricing updates -Coupon setup -Deal setup -New product launch coordination -Listing updates -Promotional consistency between Amazon and Shopify -Reporting & Analytics Provide monthly reporting covering: Website KPIs -Revenue -Conversion Rate -Average Order Value -Revenue Per Visitor -Cart Abandonment Rate -Top Performing Pages -SEO KPIs -Organic Traffic -Keyword Rankings -Top Organic Pages -Blog Performance -Promotion KPIs -Promotion Performance -Landing Page Performance -Product Launch Performance Include recommendations for improvement and upcoming priorities. Tools & Platforms Required experience: Shopify Amazon Seller Central Google Analytics (GA4) Google Search Console Shopify Apps AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Basic SEO Platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
