Shopify Empire Theme Developer Needed to Implement Finished Website Design

I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer / theme implementer to build out my ecommerce website using the Empire theme. This is not a full redesign project. The visual direction, banners, category tiles, and page concepts are already being finalized. I need someone who can take the approved design assets and implement them properly in Shopify with clean structure, responsive layouts, and working store functionality. Main scope The freelancer will be responsible for: Implementing the approved homepage design into Shopify Empire Setting up collection/category pages using provided banners and tile assets Creating responsive desktop and mobile layouts Configuring menus, navigation, footer, and collection structure Setting up product page templates that can support different product types Setting up metafields where needed Connecting existing store policies to the proper footer/cart/product-page areas Optimizing image use so the store looks polished but does not become slow Making sure the store is easy for me to edit after handoff Important functionality I also need help with: Ewe & Epo / botanical collection setup using a provided CSV The CSV includes the full product list and image links. This section may contain 200+ products. A quick-add or quick-order style layout only for the Ewe & Epo collection, so customers can add multiple botanical items to cart more easily. Free/lightweight product reviews app setup, if needed. Shopify native/free language translation setup, if feasible. A simple wholesale access flow, such as hidden/restricted wholesale section, customer-tag/login access, wholesale form, and possible manual payment or purchase-order-style option. Cart acknowledgement language for international shipping/customs responsibility, where feasible. Shipping protection/insurance option or waiver language in the cart, if feasible. Preserving current PayPal/payment setup and ShipStation fulfillment workflow. No paid apps should be installed without approval.
