Shopify Inventory Assistant Needed for Monthly Sunglasses & Eyeglasses Product Updates

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to help keep inventory updated for my online eyewear store, Isla Vista Optical. Website: islavistaoptical.com The store sells sunglasses, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and eye care products. You can review the website to get an idea of the products, product descriptions, categories, and overall store layout. The store has approximately 1,000–3,000 total sunglasses and eyeglasses products. I need someone who can update inventory on a monthly basis using supplier/wholesaler inventory files, CSV files, websites, or product lists. Responsibilities: * Review monthly supplier inventory files or product availability lists * Update product stock status on Shopify * Mark out-of-stock items as unavailable, sold out, or hide/remove them if needed * Update quantities when provided * Help identify discontinued products * Keep eyewear inventory accurate across sunglasses and eyeglasses * Communicate clearly if products are missing, sold out, or no longer available * Maintain clean and organized records of inventory updates Requirements: * Experience with Shopify * Experience working with CSV files / Excel / Google Sheets * Strong attention to detail * Ability to handle large product lists, around 1,000–3,000 SKUs * Reliable monthly availability * Experience with ecommerce inventory management preferred * Eyewear, fashion, optical, or accessories product experience is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate: I am looking for someone long-term who can take ownership of keeping my store inventory accurate every month.
