Shopify Migration & Ecommerce Rebuild Specialist Needed (Lightspeed + WooCommerce) (24 hours)

We are looking for an experienced Shopify migration specialist to help with a complex ecommerce migration involving Lightspeed Retail POS, WooCommerce, and a large product catalog. Important Timeline This is a high-priority project. We require an experienced professional who can begin immediately and provide a clear migration strategy, identify risks, and start implementation within 24 hours of being hired. Project Overview The current ecommerce environment consists of: Lightspeed Retail POS WooCommerce Custom frontend setup The business has approximately 100,000+ SKUs and product information currently spread across multiple systems. Product descriptions, categories, images, weights, dimensions, inventory information, and other attributes are not stored in a single source of truth. We need someone who has experience handling large-scale ecommerce migrations and can help determine the best approach before execution. Scope of Work Audit the current ecommerce setup Review Lightspeed and WooCommerce data structure Develop a migration strategy and implementation plan Migrate products, customers, and order history where applicable Consolidate and clean product data from multiple sources Configure Shopify collections, categories, tags, and filtering Set up required Shopify apps and integrations Preserve SEO structure and implement redirects Perform testing and quality assurance Assist with launch and post-launch support Recommend best practices for managing a large catalog within Shopify Requirements Proven Shopify migration experience Experience migrating from Lightspeed, WooCommerce, or similar platforms Experience working with large product catalogs Strong understanding of data mapping and product imports Knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and performance optimization Ability to identify risks and technical limitations before implementation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Shopify Plus experience Experience with catalogs containing 50,000+ products Experience with custom filtering, merchandising, and product relationships Experience integrating POS systems with Shopify To Apply Please answer the following: What similar Shopify migration projects have you completed?
