Shopify Parcel Panel Specialist (Daily Order Tracking & Logistics VA)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Logistics VA to manage our daily order tracking and shipping monitoring. We operate multiple Shopify stores with hundreds of daily orders, so we're looking for someone who enjoys structured work and can spot shipping issues before they become customer service problems. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for monitoring shipments every day using Shopify Parcel Panel and several tracking platforms. Your daily tasks include: Exporting shipping reports from Shopify Parcel Panel. Monitoring orders in different shipping stages: Pending Info Received In Transit Ready for Pickup Exception Failed Attempt Delivered Updating our tracking spreadsheets. Following up on orders that are not progressing. Investigating shipping exceptions. Contacting suppliers when shipments are stuck. Sending proactive customer emails regarding delivery issues. Reporting shipping problems to our Supply Chain team. Preparing weekly delivery reports. Everything is documented in detailed SOPs and Loom videos, so you'll receive clear instructions for every task. Requirements We're looking for someone who: Has experience with Shopify. Has experience with Parcel Panel, 17Track, YunExpress/YunTrack or similar tracking systems. Speaks and writes excellent English. Is highly organized. Pays close attention to detail. Can work independently without constant supervision. Is comfortable working with Google Sheets and Excel. Is proactive and communicates clearly. Experience in ecommerce logistics or order fulfillment is a big plus. Working Hours Part-time to start. Long-term position. Daily order checks are required.
