Shopify Plus Growth Manager

We are looking for a proactive Shopify Plus Growth Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day development of our Shopify Plus stores. You will be responsible for product launches, merchandising, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), homepage and collection management, website optimisation, analytics, and the continuous improvement of the customer experience to drive conversion and revenue growth. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, works independently, and takes initiative. Rather than simply executing tasks, you proactively identify opportunities, prioritise high-impact improvements, and deliver measurable business results.
