Shopify Product Listing Specialist – Fashion Dropshipping (Google Shopping-Ready)

We run a growing portfolio of fashion dropshipping stores on Shopify. We currently have 5 live stores and are launching more every few weeks, so we're building a dedicated product listing team. We're looking for a detail-obsessed specialist who understands what clean, Google Shopping-ready listings actually require — and can deliver them at volume. This is ongoing, daily work — not a one-off project. Because we're constantly launching and expanding stores, there's a steady stream of listings to be done every single day. We want someone we can rely on long-term as part of our core team. The work * 1,000–2,000 products per store * Continuous daily workload across multiple stores as we scale * Long-term, stable collaboration — consistent work week after week * Listings must look polished on the storefront and meet Google Shopping feed standards What you'll do * Write clean, accurate, search-friendly product titles * Write neat, well-structured product descriptions * Correctly set up product variants and options (size, color, etc.) * Keep formatting and structure consistent across the entire catalog Listing standards (strictly followed) * No copyright claims * No trademarked brand names or logos we're not authorized to use * No urgency or false-scarcity wording (e.g. "Buy now!", "Only 2 left!", countdown language) * Clean, professional, error-free presentation throughout Must-haves * Proven, hands-on Shopify product listing experience (please share examples) * Solid understanding of Google Shopping requirements: product data quality, common disapproval reasons, and how titles/descriptions/attributes affect feed approval * Strong attention to detail and consistency when working through large batches * Reliable and comfortable handling high volumes without quality dropping * Available for consistent daily work and a long-term commitment Nice to have * Fashion / apparel listing experience * Experience with bulk import tools, CSV imports, or listing apps To apply, please include 1.
