# Project Title **Shopify Product Catalog & Inventory Spreadsheet Specialist (Short-Term Project)** ## Project Overview La Tienda de Zoe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Product Data Specialist to prepare a complete product inventory spreadsheet for import into Shopify and synchronization with multiple online marketplaces. This is a short-term, project-based assignment with an expected completion time of **one week**. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with Shopify product imports, product data management, and marketplace listing preparation. ## Project Scope The selected freelancer will be responsible for preparing a complete product catalog using our inventory list and manufacturer information. Each product must include: * Product Title * SKU * Barcode (UPC/EAN), when available * Vendor/Brand * Product Type / Category * Collection * Detailed Product Description (SEO-friendly and professionally written) * Short Product Description * Product Features * Technical Specifications * Country of Origin (if available) * Product Weight * Product Dimensions * Purchase Cost * Selling Price * Compare-at Price (if applicable) * Taxable Status * Inventory Quantity * Inventory Location * Shipping Information * SEO Meta Title * SEO Meta Description * SEO URL Handle * Product Tags * Status (Active/Draft) ## Images For every product, the freelancer must provide: * A minimum of **5 to 8 high-quality product images** * Direct image URLs suitable for bulk import into Shopify * Images with white backgrounds whenever available * Lifestyle images when available * Images must be properly organized and linked to each SKU ## Marketplace Preparation The spreadsheet should be prepared so product information can easily be adapted or imported into the following sales channels: * Shopify * Mercado Libre * Falabella * Rappi * Other marketplaces used in Colombia The freelancer should understand the different product attribute requirements for each platform and organize the information accordingly. ## Deliverables The final deliverables should include: * Complete Shopify Import Spreadsheet * Marketplace-ready product spreadsheet * Image URL list * Organized product folders (if applicable) * Product categorization * Collection mapping * Quality assurance review before delivery ## Required Skills * Advanced Shopify experience * Shopify CSV import/export * Product catalog management * Excel or Google Sheets (advanced) * Marketplace listing experience (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Rappi) * Product research * Technical writing * SEO copywriting * Image sourcing and organization * Excellent English (Spanish is a strong plus) * Strong attention to detail ## Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are preferred: * Pet supplies * Consumer electronics * Retail * eCommerce * Shopify stores with more than 500 products ## Project Timeline * **Project Type:** Fixed-price * **Duration:** Approximately one week * **Start Date:** Immediate ## Success Criteria The project will be considered complete when: * All assigned products have complete product information. * Every product includes 5–8 image URLs. * Product descriptions are professionally written and SEO optimized. * The spreadsheet imports into Shopify without errors. * The information is organized for future synchronization with Mercado Libre, Falabella, Rappi, and other marketplaces. ## About Us **La Tienda de Zoe** is a rapidly growing premium pet retail company based in Bogotá, Colombia.
