Shopify Sales Growth Specialist – bycuram.com We are seeking a Shopify Sales Growth Specialist to help us get bycuram.com back on track and growing sustainably. Curam sells silicone cupping tools, massage oils, and online courses for recovery, skin health, and wellness — sold primarily in Sweden with expansion into other EU markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and performance marketing on Google and Meta, and is comfortable both diagnosing problems and rolling up their sleeves to fix them. Scope of work Phase 1 – Audit & Action Plan Full analysis of the current state of the store: site structure, UX, checkout flow, and overall sales performance SEO audit (technical SEO, on-page content, keyword rankings, indexing issues) Audit of current Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns — structure, targeting, spend efficiency, and creative performance Review of current Klaviyo flows and email/SMS marketing performance A clear, prioritized findings report with recommended actions Phase 2 – Budget & Implementation Plan A realistic budget proposal for recommended marketing and technical fixes An implementation timeline broken into short/medium/long-term priorities Proposed KPIs and a plan for ongoing tracking and reporting Phase 3 – Execution (potential ongoing engagement) Implementing new marketing strategies to grow sales Optimizing and building out Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns Ongoing management and optimization of Google and Meta ad campaigns What we're looking for Proven track record of growing sales for Shopify stores, ideally in DTC/e-commerce Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, campaigns) Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals Ability to turn analysis into a clear, actionable, prioritized plan — not just a report Comfortable working independently and communicating progress clearly Nice to have Experience with beauty, wellness, or health/recovery brands Experience with EU multi-market e-commerce (currency, shipping, localization) Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience Engagement Start: Phase 1 audit and action plan Format: [Fixed price for Phase 1 / hourly — fyll i utifrån ditt svar] Location: Remote Next steps: Based on the Phase 1 findings, we'll discuss budget and scope for ongoing implementation
