About Us We are Uday Buyer, a fast-growing cross-border fashion e-commerce brand with a strong digital presence. We operate a Shopify-powered independent store and active social media channels on Facebook, serving customers and business partners across multiple continents. Our business model spans both B2B (wholesale/brand partnerships) and B2C (direct-to-consumer) channels. We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, results-oriented freelance sales professional to help us grow revenue across key global markets. Role Overview As our Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing sales opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments. You will leverage our Shopify store, Facebook presence, and product catalog to generate orders and build lasting client relationships in Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This is a pure commission-based role — your earnings are directly tied to your performance. High performers have uncapped earning potential. Target Markets You will focus on generating sales in the following regions: Europe UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Scandinavia — mature fashion markets with high purchasing power North America United States & Canada — large consumer base, strong e-commerce adoption Australia Growing online fashion market with affinity for international brands Key Responsibilities B2B Sales (Wholesale & Brand Partnerships) • Identify and prospect wholesale buyers, boutique retailers, fashion distributors, and brand partners in target markets • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, social media, and industry platforms to generate qualified leads • Present our product catalog, negotiate pricing and terms, and close wholesale orders • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients to drive repeat business • Coordinate with our internal team on order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support B2C Sales (Direct-to-Consumer) • Drive traffic and conversions to our Shopify store through targeted outreach and social selling on Facebook and other platforms • Engage with potential customers, answer product inquiries, and guide them through the purchase journey • Identify and leverage promotional opportunities, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost consumer sales • Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to the team to improve product offerings and marketing strategies Reporting & Pipeline Management • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools or agreed tracking methods • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and closed deals • Meet or exceed agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs Requirements Must-Have Qualifications ✓ Proven track record in sales — e-commerce, fashion, retail, or cross-border trade preferred ✓ Experience with both B2B and B2C sales processes ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong plus) ✓ Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Business, or similar e-commerce and social media platforms ✓ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment ✓ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Nice-to-Have › Existing network of fashion buyers, retailers, or distributors in target markets › Experience with cross-border e-commerce logistics and international trade terms (Incoterms) › Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German › Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior in target regions › Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) Commission Structure: Sales Channel Commission Rate B2B Wholesale Orders Competitive commission on confirmed order value (to be discussed) B2C Consumer Orders Commission per confirmed sale driven by your efforts Performance Bonuses Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets Note: Exact commission percentages will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process based on your experience and the sales channels you will focus on.
