Shopify Website Manager for Design Brand

We’re hiring a hands-on Shopify Website Manager to maintain and continuously improve our design-led e-commerce store. This is a long-term, hourly role focused on execution, speed, and visible improvements. This is not a one-off project or full website redesign. The Shopify Website Manager will work in collaboration with the Design Director to keep the website in tune with our brand voice. Responsibilities: Ongoing Shopify website updates and optimization Adding / Editing products and collections Maintaining an existing store bought Shopify theme Occasional minor coding (Liquid, CSS, JavaScript) Product detail page (PDP) and mobile UX improvements Image editing and refinement using Photoshop and Canva Managing Shopify apps (maintain, replace, or remove as needed) Improving site clarity, performance, and conversion over time Required Skills: Proven experience managing live Shopify stores Shopify theme editing (Liquid + CSS required) Strong visual judgment and attention to detail Photoshop and Canva proficiency Conversion-focused thinking (PDP optimization, mobile UX, clarity, trust) Familiarity with Shopify analytics and GA4 Awareness of site speed and performance optimization Ability to work independently and ship improvements quickly Fluent written and spoken English Additional skills: Creating realistic AI-generated lifestyle images from product photography Experience in building and optimizing n8n workflows would be a plus. Experience working with design-led or premium brands. Payment & Structure: Hourly role - Fixed weekly hour cap plus occassionally additinoal hours for larger projects. Competitive hourly rate based on experience 30-day paid trial period This role requires ownership, speed, and good judgment.
