Short-Term Rental Acquisition Cold Caller — Landlord Outreach Specialist (Commission + Base)

We’re a growing real estate company expanding our short-term rental (Airbnb) portfolio through rental arbitrage. We’re looking for an experienced, high-volume cold caller to help us identify and secure landlords willing to lease properties for short-term rental use. What You’ll Do: • Cold call landlords and property owners to pitch our rental arbitrage program • Make 500+ outbound calls per week (volume is a core requirement of this role) • Use AirDNA to research market data and identify high-potential properties/areas before outreach • Qualify leads, handle objections, and set up follow-up calls or meetings with our acquisitions team • Track call activity, lead status, and outcomes in our CRM • Maintain a professional, persuasive, and consistent outreach cadence Requirements: • Proven cold calling experience (real estate, leasing, or B2B sales preferred) • Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection Familiarity with AirDNA or similar STR market data tools (or quick to learn) • Strong English communication skills, clear phone presence • Reliable internet/phone setup for outbound dialing • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel) a plus • Real estate, property management, or leasing background a plus Compensation: • Base hourly rate + performance bonus per signed lease • Bonus structure and rate details discussed with qualified candidates during interview To Apply: Please include: 1.
