Short Term Rental/Airbnb - Bookings and Guest Services Manager (Hostaway)

Furnished Rentals is a short-term rental management agency that provides beautifully appointed, furnished accommodation in Auckland. We manage around 50 houses. Extensive Hostaway experience is required for this role. Set up is: PMS is hostaway - API to Airbnb, VRBO, Google and Booking.com Stripe payments, xero accounting software. We are looking for an experienced Airbnb/Hostaway Bookings Manager/Guest services manager. Your role will involve managing all bookings and guests comms. This includes responding to enquiries and accepting bookings, creating custom quotes for direct bookings, responding to guest messages, updating cleaning schedule, working with the supply team for any repairs/maintenance works/issues, listing and calendar optimization, listing upkeep, channel management, managing owner stays, Airbnb dispute claims etc You would be working with another Bookings Manager on shift. Operation hours are Mon - Sun 9am - 10pm NZ time. Approximately 40-45 hrs per week. 1 or 2 full day off per week, plus 1 or 2 days with 12hr shift.
