Short-Term Rental Manager & Marketing Specialist (Airbnb/VRBO)

I own a short-term rental cottage near Bancroft, Ontario, listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. I'm looking for an experienced short-term rental specialist (individual or agency) to take on full management of the property: guest experience, operations, and marketing. This is a hands-on role where I want someone I can rely on to run the day-to-day and grow bookings. What I need help with: - Guest and customer management, including responding to inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, handling guest questions during stays, and managing reviews. - Operations and vendor coordination, including scheduling and coordinating cleaners and local contacts, keeping calendars synced across platforms, and making sure the property is guest-ready between stays. - Lead generation and marketing, including optimizing listings across platforms, improving visibility and occupancy, refining pricing strategy, and driving direct bookings where possible. What I'm looking for: Proven experience managing Airbnb and VRBO listings (please share examples or results). Strong written communication for guest-facing messaging. Comfort coordinating local vendors remotely. Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools and channel managers is a plus. Marketing skills to increase bookings and build a direct-booking presence.
