Short Term Rental Setup Specialist Needed

We are seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Setup Specialist to assist with launching our new vacation rental across all major booking platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting property listings, preparing and uploading all required content and supporting documents, integrating the property with our property management system, and implementing dynamic pricing using PriceLabs. The role also includes setting up channel synchronization, smart lock automation, guest messaging, and other essential operational workflows to ensure the property is fully optimized and ready to accept bookings. Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, and leading property management systems is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of STR best practices are essential.
