Skincare Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert Needed

We are seeking a skilled CRO Expert to enhance our online store's performance for Meta ads we are creating. We have a Creative Strategist and Creative Production Associate who is creating new content daily using AI to test on Meta ads. We need someone who can bridge the last component, which is converting these cold impressions into subscribers on our landing page. Must be able to find and study what is currently working in consumable ecommerce, implement weekly split tests proactively, make adjustments to landing pages, create landing page adjustments specifically for different audience segments, ability to implement screen takeover quiz funnels and evaluate full funnel performance. Someone who is technical enough to make sense of the data, and proactive enough to suggest changes so we can improve our LTCV for our subscription funnel consistently.
