Small Commercial Office Remodel

Looking for someone to refresh our old office layout with a new interior layout, help with workstation design and locations, help with colors, textures, finishes for the interior remodel. Also looking for exterior remodel with new facade, and minor adjustments to landscaping and parking lot. Bonus would be renderings of the final product. Looking to create this package for permit issuance so please be familiar with California practices. CAD of existing floor plan, lots of jumbled notes in there so sorry! Also have a survey file in the cad. Adding block wall enclosure east of the building. Moving trash can enclosure to improve one way traffic turn around. Moving handicapped spot and entrance to west side of lot. removing some interior walls to open up the space, and trying to accomodate 25-30 office workers in the building. Adding store front windows and doors to improve facade, as well as raising the exterior facade with wrap around walkway cover.
