Summary

I run a growing agency and I need someone who can hit the ground running on day one. The infrastructure is already built. Warmed up inboxes, targeting dialed in, and email copy ready to go. I'm not looking for a strategist to reinvent the wheel. I need a sharp operator who can execute, manage the sending engine across both email and LinkedIn, and turn replies into booked meetings on my calendar. This is a hands on execution role. If you know Smartlead well and you've booked meetings off cold outreach before, this will be easy for you. **What you'll be doing:** - Managing and monitoring my existing Smartlead campaigns day to day - Uploading and launching new campaigns (lists, sequences, sending schedules) - Optimizing deliverability, including inbox rotation, warmup health, bounce and spam management, and keeping us landing in the primary inbox - Running LinkedIn outreach using tools like Heyreach (or similar, such as Expandi) - Monitoring inboxes across email and LinkedIn and replying to leads quickly - Handling objections, qualifying interest, and booking appointments directly onto my calendar - Building and using AI automations and agents to speed things up, with tools like GojiBerry for automated or assisted replies, qualification, and other workflow automation - Keeping clean records of replies, booked meetings, and outcomes **What I'm looking for:** - Proven hands on experience running Smartlead. This one is non negotiable, you should know the platform inside out - Experience with LinkedIn outreach software (Heyreach, Expandi, or similar) - Strong grasp of cold email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, sending limits, domain health) - Comfort building and using AI automation tools and agents like Goji Berry to automate responses and streamline the pipeline - Excellent written English and a natural reply style that sounds like a real person - Fast and responsive. Leads go cold quickly, so speed of reply matters - Self directed. I'll give you the assets and the targeting, and you run with them **Bonus:** - Sales experience and the ability to take sales calls yourself - A track record of booking meetings that actually turn into revenue, not just meetings for the sake of it **The opportunity:** This starts as a short term engagement so we can both confirm it's a good fit, but I expect the right person to grow into a long term role. On top of the base rate there's high commission potential tied to meetings booked and deals closed.
