Summary

Design an automated soccer ball throwing machine for an indoor entertainment venue (Toca Social style). Your scope is mechanical only — electrical and PLC are handled by other specialists. The machine must: Hold 10–15 Size 4 soccer balls (202 mm to 210 mm) in a vertical/spiral hopper Release one ball at a time into a feed chute Launch via twin counter-rotating wheels (driven by 2× BLDC motors (VFD) Throw up to 7 meters Tilt -10° to +45° Mount on a frame Check reference image and machine design https://jugssports.com Ideally you will have previous experience building something like this.
