We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to help generate leads and manage the online presence of our clients across local platforms. This role is focused on engagement and lead generation, not just posting content. If you understand how to turn conversations into opportunities, this is for you. Platforms You’ll Work On Facebook Groups Nextdoor Instagram Responsibilities Post daily in Facebook Groups and Nextdoor Monitor conversations and identify potential leads Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner Engage with local communities Capture and organize leads Upload all leads into GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Maintain simple tracking (spreadsheet + CRM) Requirements Experience with Facebook Groups and Nextdoor (REQUIRED) Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to identify opportunities and act on them Position Type This is a part-time position with flexible “mom hours”, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
