Social Media Community Manager for Threads | DM Outreach & Lead Generation

I am looking for a skilled social media engagement specialist to manage conversations on my Threads account, including responding to comments and handling direct messages. The primary goal of this role is to build relationships and move qualified founders and entrepreneurs into my Skool community through a 7-day free trial. The ideal candidate has experience in social media management, community engagement, sales conversations, and customer communication. You must be able to learn and replicate my voice, tone, personality, and communication style so conversations feel natural and authentic. Responsibilities include: • Responding to comments on Threads posts using Buffer • Managing direct messages and continuing conversations with people who are already engaging with my content • Conducting outreach in DMs to warm prospects and existing followers • Building genuine relationships and identifying qualified founders and entrepreneurs who would benefit from joining the community • Guiding conversations toward the Skool community and encouraging qualified prospects to start a 7-day free trial • Tracking conversations and providing feedback on common questions, objections, and audience insights Requirements: • Strong written communication skills • Experience managing social media accounts and online communities • Experience with sales conversations, lead generation, or community growth • You MUST be able to accurately replicate my voice, communication style, and brand personality • Experience with Buffer preferred • Strong attention to detail and professionalism This role will begin with a one-week paid trial. During the trial, I will evaluate your ability to match my voice, engage prospects effectively, and generate qualified community members.
