*HIRING FAST* Social Media Content Assistant (Instagram & TikTok) We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Content Assistant to help manage daily short-form content for a fast-growing eCommerce brand. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the brand expands. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time. Responsibilities * Upload daily Reels and short-form videos to Instagram and TikTok * Organize content into folders and keep files well structured * Review content before publishing to ensure quality * Add provided captions, hashtags, and posting details * Track post performance in a spreadsheet * Flag top-performing content and identify trends * Communicate daily progress and completed tasks Requirements * Experience using Instagram and TikTok * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organization skills * Reliable internet connection * Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Good written English * Responsive and dependable Nice to Have * Experience with Canva or CapCut * Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Sheets * Experience working with eCommerce or social media brands What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: * Is reliable and consistent * Learns quickly * Takes initiative * Can work independently after training * Wants to build a long-term working relationship * Is excited by the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business scales To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
