Social Media Content Clipping for Music

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to clip social media content for music videos and music promotion. The role involves short form video editing, adding hooks and bulk scheduling for posting to enhance engagement. posting would take place on instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing and social media management to effectively create and distribute content that resonates with our audience. Ideally has a passion for the arts themselves and good with social media metrics that indicate what type of content is performing well. MUST BE able to ask questions to understand the music, story behind it, artist brand, story and mission in order to create work that aligns with the world the artist is building. (world-building is creating a consistent universe around your music. It answers the question: "If someone stepped into my world, what would they experience?") Story – What is your message? What journey are you taking people on? Aesthetic – Colors, clothing, photography, album art, fonts. Sound – Your musical style, production, and vocal identity. Values – What do you stand for? What themes keep showing up? Language – Words and phrases you use often. Community – Who are your fans, and what do they feel part of? Experiences – Live shows, events, rituals, or traditions unique to your brand. Content – The types of posts, videos, and stories you consistently share. Products – Merch, physical items, or offerings that fit your world.
