Social Media Content Creator & Growth Specialist (Automotive Industry)

We're looking for a highly skilled social media content creator who knows how to create content that people actually stop and watch. This role is for our auto body shop based in Queens, NY, with the opportunity to work on additional businesses in the future if we're a good fit. We're NOT looking for someone who simply schedules posts or follows templates. We're looking for someone who understands social media, studies trends, knows what makes content perform, and has a proven track record of growing accounts through organic content. [What You'll Do] * Create engaging social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. * Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, and posting strategies. * Turn our before-and-after repairs, shop footage, and customer stories into content people want to watch and share. * Research trends and adapt them to our brand. * Recommend ways to increase reach, engagement, and followers. * Build a consistent content calendar. * Work with us to develop our long-term social media strategy. * Potentially manage content for our other businesses as we grow.
