Hi my name is Najma! I am looking for a Personal Brand Content Manager & Video Editor (90-Day Trial) I love all things faith, fun, purpose, travel, and community! I’m building a personal brand that encourages women (and people) to live lives filled with faith, adventure, meaningful relationships, and purpose. My content focuses on: ● Travel ● Encouragement and personal growth ● Marriage ● Family ● Sisterhood ● & Everyday moments that inspire women to embrace the life God has for them I’m looking for someone who doesn’t just know social media—they love storytelling and understand how to build genuine community through authentic content. This will begin as a 90-day trial partnership with the opportunity to continue working together if we’re a great fit. Who I’m Looking For I’m searching for a Personal Brand Content Manager & Video Editor who is creative, organized, proactive, and enjoys helping bring someone’s vision to life. I’m looking for someone who enjoys creating meaningful content, takes initiative, communicates well, and can help me stay consistent while I continue living and sharing my life. Responsibilities We'll work closely together to: ● Develop and organize a monthly content calendar we will start slow with just having 12 posts per month ● Edit 2–3 Video Reels/ or create carousels ● Draft captions that match my voice ● Schedule content for posting ● Organize videos, photos, and brand assets ● Repurpose one piece of content into multiple posts ● Suggest creative content ideas ● Stay current with social media trends while keeping my brand authentic ● Track analytics and provide monthly insights and recommendations ● Help maintain a consistent visual style across my content My Content Pillars: Our content will center around: ✈️ Travel 💙 Flight Attendant Life 🌿 Encouragement & Personal Growth ❤️ Marriage 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾 Sisterhood & Friendships 🏡 Family & Everyday Life What Success Looks Like During our 90-day trial, our goal is to: ● Publish 2–3 quality posts each week ● Build a consistent posting rhythm ● Create content that feels authentic and engaging ● Develop an organized workflow that supports long-term growth ● Learn which types of content resonate most with my audience Success for us won't just be measured by follower growth—it’s measured by consistency, meaningful engagement, and creating content we’re proud of! How We’ll Work Together I see this as a partnership. I’ll bring the stories, experiences, and vision. You’ll help organize, edit, strategize, and bring that vision to life through consistent, high-quality content. We’ll have a monthly planning meeting to review ideas, discuss upcoming content, and evaluate what’s working. I enjoy working on a team!
