Social Media Content Creator for Ballet

Seeking a creative individual to help me create content for social media for my ballet business. I'm a ballet coach with a very different approach to teaching ballet. The challenge is that, at first glance, it can easily be mistaken for the usual thing, so getting the message across from the start is important. I need someone to help me: • Create and edit TikToks, Instagram Reels and posts • Create and edit long and short YouTube videos, as well as video course content • Brainstorm content ideas and, if you're local, occasionally help me film them This is a freelance position that could potentially grow into something more as my business grows. Ideally, you: • Have a good understanding of social media and what makes content engaging. Things like increasing watch time, audience retention, storytelling, and getting people to actually stop scrolling. • Have some experience creating content for ballet, dance, fitness, yoga, Pilates, or something similar. This isn't a requirement, but it would definitely help. • Live in or near Barcelona, Spain (but it's not essential) • Speak fluent English, since most of my content is aimed at an international audience. I'm willing to consider candidates of all types. As long as you feel confident that you have the skills to help me with what I need and are interested in the project, that can be enough. The rest can be tweaked.
