Social Media Content Creator for Luxury Residential Construction & Renovation Company

Silver Homes & Co is a boutique residential renovation and construction company based in the East Bay, California. We specialize in thoughtfully designed home renovations with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home transformations. We're looking for a content creator with experience in interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, home staging, or residential construction to help build and manage our Instagram presence. What We Need: -Organize project photography and videos -Create polished before-and-after Instagram carousels -Develop a cohesive visual aesthetic for our Instagram feed -Design branded post templates and highlight covers -Write captions that feel professional, elevated, and approachable -Schedule and manage Instagram content -Recommend best practices for showcasing renovation projects Our Content Focus: Our Instagram will primarily feature: -Before-and-after renovation projects -Kitchen renovations -Bathroom renovations -Whole-home transformations -Residential construction projects -Personal home renovation and house flip projects completed by our founder We are intentionally looking for a portfolio-style account rather than a traditional contractor or influencer-style account.
