Social Media Content VA (Instagram Reels, Carousels & Scheduling)

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Content VA to support a family mediator and divorce coach with content creation and scheduling. This is not a strategy role. We already have the content strategy, messaging, hooks and content ideas. Your role is to take provided assets and turn them into polished social media content ready for posting. Responsibilities: • Edit simple talking head reels • Cut silences and tighten pacing • Add captions and text overlays • Add provided hooks to videos • Create simple B-roll reels using supplied footage and content ideas/inspiration • Create Canva carousels based on provided content and inspiration examples • Schedule and publish content to Instagram • Follow brand guidelines and content templates What We'll Provide: • Content strategy • Example posts and inspiration • Raw talking head footage • B-roll footage • Professional brand photos • Canva templates and brand assets for carousel inspiration • Clear content workflows Requirements: • Experience editing Instagram Reels • Comfortable using Canva • Strong attention to detail • Good written English • Experience scheduling + posting social media content • Able to follow instructions and replicate content styles Bonus Points: • Experience working with coaches, consultants or personal brands • Experience with CapCut and/or Edits • Experience creating carousel posts To Apply: Please send: Examples of Instagram Reels you've edited Examples of Canva carousel posts you've created Your hourly rate Your availability Please begin your application with the words "Content VA" so we know you've read the full job description.
