Social Media Growth VA — Outreach, Reddit, TikTok & Instagram Engagement [1 Week Trial]

I'm building kno., a mobile app where anyone can ask a question and get real answers from real people worldwide. No followers needed. We're in early growth stage and I need a disciplined, detail-oriented VA to help drive awareness and user acquisition. Your primary focus will be outreach and community engagement. You will find the right people, send the right messages, and show up authentically. While you will start by following strict instructions and scripts, my goal is to give you more autonomy as you prove your understanding of our voice and strategy. While there may be opportunities for content creation later, your daily work will be executing our outreach strategy. What You'll Do Daily: • Target specific "beachhead" niches where people desperately seek honest feedback but rarely get it (like indie musicians, digital artists, and writers) • Research and qualify micro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram (3K to 80K followers) who make opinion, debate, or "am I wrong" content • Send outreach DMs using an approved script with no improvising to start • Find and log relevant Reddit threads where our app would naturally fit (I write the actual replies; you just find the threads. This will change as you demonstrate your abilities.) • Leave genuine, specific comments on relevant TikTok and Instagram videos from our brand account • Log all activity in a Google Sheet daily including every comment, every DM, and every prospect Who This is For: You are a good fit if: • You are comfortable spending hours inside Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram looking for specific types of content • You write English naturally and casually, not formally • You are detail-oriented and honest in your reporting • You follow instructions exactly but are excited to earn autonomy and test new strategies over time • You understand the difference between genuine community participation and spam You are not a good fit if: • You tend to improvise or "improve" instructions without asking during the initial training phase • You are not comfortable working inside social media platforms for extended periods Important: Read This Before Applying: This role requires authentic, culturally aware engagement on Western social media platforms. The content you will engage with includes relationship debates, sports arguments, opinion polls, and "am I wrong" style posts.
