Social Media Manager & Affiliate Outreach Specialist – Glow Peptides

We are Glow Peptides, an emerging brand in the RUO peptide space. We have a vault of high-quality, organic content ready to go, but we need a strategic powerhouse to take the reins. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who truly understands the influencer landscape to take complete ownership of our social channels, drive engagement, and build our affiliate network from the ground up. The Role You won’t just be scheduling posts; you will be the voice and growth engine of the brand. Your primary focus will be leveraging our existing organic content for daily posting, actively engaging with our community, and conducting aggressive outreach to onboard affiliates and micro-influencers who will champion our products. Key Responsibilities Daily Content Management: Post daily across our primary platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) utilizing our bank of organic content. Affiliate Outreach & Onboarding: Actively prospect, pitch, and negotiate with relevant micro-influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to join our affiliate program. Platform Growth Strategy: Optimize every post with SEO-friendly captions, strategic hashtags, and trending audio to maximize algorithmic reach. Proactive Engagement: Act as the face/voice of the brand by responding to comments, answering DMs, and engaging with accounts in our niche to build community trust. Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on platform trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies, advising our team on what new organic content we need to shoot. Affiliate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with onboarded affiliates, ensuring they have the assets, codes, and motivation they need to drive sales. Analytics & Reporting: Track follower growth, engagement rates, and affiliate ROI, providing a brief weekly summary of what is working and what needs pivoting. A self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed and thrives on taking initiative.
