We need help reaching 200+ followers on our Instagram and Facebook page About Us Remote Drill Academy (REDA) is an online academy training beginners to become skilled Virtual Assistants. We need consistent, engaging social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build our audience and credibility. What You'll Do • Post twice daily across Instagram and Facebook (mix of static posts and Stories) • Create and publish 1 short-form video/Reel daily (using footage/photos we provide, plus trending audio/templates) • Manage engagement: reply to all comments and DMs within 24 hours • Proactively follow/engage with 10+ relevant accounts daily to grow visibility • Join 20 relevant Facebook groups (freelancing, remote work, VA communities) and share value or light promotion per group rules • Send a short weekly report: follower growth, top-performing posts, engagement notes What We'll Provide • Brand guidelines (colors, logo, fonts) • SOP • Admin access to all 2 pages Requirements • Proven experience managing social pages for a business, coach, or online brand (portfolio/examples required) • Comfortable editing short-form video (CapCut, InShot, or similar) • Reliable daily availability — this role requires consistency, not just skill • Good written English for captions and community replies Budget, Duration & Goal • Fixed price: $15 for a 1-month trial contract • Start: immediate | Duration: 30 days • Strong potential for renewal/increased scope if the trial goes well • Grow our pages on Instagram and Facebook to 200 followers
