We offer massage, hair, nails, brows & lashes, facials, and medical aesthetics — delivered by a multilingual team of specialists, many with advanced or medical training. We've built a loyal client base (4.7★ from 1,300+ reviews) and a growing Instagram following, and we're expanding fast across multiple service categories. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring someone who can do two things really well — create content that gets people interested, and then turn that interest into filled appointment slots. Picture the role as part content creator, part friendly salesperson, part organised assistant. If talking to new people energises you, if you get a small kick out of watching an enquiry become a confirmed booking, and if you like the idea of shaping how a growing brand shows up online, read on. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING 1. Making content people want to watch - Plan and publish a consistent rhythm of Instagram posts - Edit Reels, Stories, and short videos that hold attention - Build clean, on-brand graphics and promos in Canva - Watch what's landing (and what's flopping) and adjust accordingly - Bring ideas for reaching more of the right audience 2. Turning conversations into bookings - Welcome new followers and open a real conversation (we'll give you a starting point to build from) - Reply to DMs and comments quickly and warmly - Ask the right questions to understand what someone wants, then steer them to the treatment that fits - Keep gently following up with anyone who goes quiet, so promising leads don't slip through - Actually invite people to book — don't leave them hovering 3. Handling the booking and the admin - Schedule, confirm, and rearrange appointments - Keep client notes and records accurate and up to date - Run our follow-up flows — new enquiries, quiet leads, price quotes, consultation reminders, and inviting past clients back for their next visit - Keep the CRM tidy and in order WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT - You've run business Instagram or Facebook accounts before - You're handy in Canva and comfortable making content from scratch - You can edit Reels and short video without hand-holding - Your written English is polished and reads naturally - You're genuinely at ease guiding a conversation toward a booking - You've worked with a CRM, managed scheduling, and dealt with customers directly - You know your way around Instagram Business tools and Facebook Messenger - You're organised, detail-focused, and can run your own day without being chased NICE EXTRAS (NOT DEALBREAKERS) - Experience with salons, beauty brands, or aesthetic/cosmetic clinics - A good feel for the hair and beauty world - Email marketing know-how - Setting up or managing Meta lead ad campaigns - Support work for dental, cosmetic, wellness, or medical aesthetics businesses - Any hands-on time with Treatwell - Any level of speaking the Dutch language THE KIND OF PERSON WE CLICK WITH The right fit is warm, quick to reply, and honestly enjoys people. You take initiative instead of waiting for a to-do list, you stay level-headed when things get hectic, and you find satisfaction in tidy records and loose ends tied up. You're not shy about asking someone to book, and you treat every client like they matter — because they do. HOW WE'LL KNOW IT'S GOING WELL We'll keep an eye on practical things together: how fast you respond, how many leads you reach and start conversations with, how many of those become booked appointments, your overall booking conversion rate, whether follow-ups get done, and how happy clients are. THE PRACTICAL DETAILS - Around 20 hours a week to start, Monday to Friday, with room to grow into full-time as we scale - Hourly rate based on your experience — we'll be fair - Extra bonuses when you hit booking targets - Since bookings are time-sensitive, we'd ideally like someone whose hours overlap with the European working day (CET) HOW TO APPLY Please cover these in your proposal: - Where does your sales or client-conversion experience come from? - Have you supported any beauty, aesthetics, or wellness businesses? - A lead asks your prices, then goes silent — what's your next move?
