We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager & Strategist who can transform social media into a powerful revenue-generating and community-building channel. This role goes beyond creating content—you will develop strategies that attract the right audience, nurture an engaged community, increase brand loyalty, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate understands how to combine storytelling, content marketing, analytics, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement to generate leads, sales, and long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create monthly content calendars across multiple platforms. Identify audience segments and optimize content for engagement and conversions. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities. Revenue Growth Build social media campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase sales. Create conversion-focused content for product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize the customer journey. Track ROI and continuously improve campaign performance. Community Building Grow an active and loyal online community. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly. Encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy. Foster meaningful conversations that strengthen brand trust and loyalty. Content Management Plan, create, and publish engaging content including: Reels Short-form videos Carousels Graphics Stories Educational and promotional posts Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters when needed. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs including: Reach Engagement Community growth Website traffic Lead generation Conversion rate Revenue attributed to social media Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Conduct competitor and market analysis. Influencer & Partnership Management Identify relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners. Manage collaborations from outreach through performance evaluation. Measure ROI of influencer campaigns. Paid Social (Preferred) Assist in planning and optimizing paid social campaigns. Collaborate on audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing business social media accounts. Proven track record of growing communities and driving measurable revenue through social media. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience running paid social media campaigns. Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Experience working with influencers and affiliate marketing. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
