Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager 1. About Us Predictive Advisors is a behavioral intelligence consultancy built on one idea: you can't automate trust, but you can predict how to inspire it. As a PI Certified Premier Partner firm, we help leaders in banking, financial services, and professional services build stronger teams, make smarter people decisions, and drive results through behavioral science. We are in a growth phase. We are launching a YouTube channel, deepening our LinkedIn presence, and building a visible personal brand for our founder through podcast guesting and industry events. We are looking for someone who can help us show up consistently and professionally across those channels. 2. Role Mission Manage the content production and posting program for Predictive Advisors and our related brands across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. You will work closely with the founder to shape the weekly content priorities, then execute largely independently (writing, editing, designing, and scheduling) without needing to be managed through every step. This is a part-time, remote role. You will meet weekly with the founder to establish priorities and review work in progress. Between those meetings, you drive the work forward on your own using remote communication tools like Slack and Notion, for example. 3. Who We Are Looking For You have some experience managing social media content, maybe from inside an agency where you have worked across more than one client or brand. You are comfortable with video editing tools and know how to take raw podcast footage and turn it into something people actually want to watch. You are not waiting to be handed a content calendar. You can look at a brand, listen to a founder, and start building a framework for what to post and why. You bring ideas, not just execution. You are comfortable using AI tools and use them to move faster and write better, especially for hooks and captions. You have a portfolio you are proud of, and you can point to specific examples of content you built, shaped, and managed the posting schedule. 4. Responsibilities and Expectations Content Implementation • Collaborate with us to develop a content framework for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram within the first 30 days. This work will include finalizing content pillars, posting cadence, and a 90-day calendar • Discuss progress, roadblocks, and actions in weekly check-ins with a view on what worked, what is coming up, and what you need to keep things moving • Bring a recommendation, not just a report, to each monthly review LinkedIn • Manage the Predictive Advisors company page and the founder's personal LinkedIn profile, as well as any other related brands to be determined in the future • Draft and schedule posts using AI-assisted writing tools, with strong hook writing and positioning that reflects behavioral intelligence expertise • Track engagement and follower growth; adjust the approach based on what the data shows YouTube • Launch and manage the Predictive Advisors YouTube channel • Build a video publishing approach that helps to leverage content types, cadence, and especially how podcast content translates to the channel • Edit podcast guest appearances and founder recordings into polished, watchable video segments • Own thumbnails, metadata, and channel visual consistency Instagram • Maintain a lighter personal brand presence for the founder • Repurpose LinkedIn and YouTube content into IG-appropriate formats Video Editing and Graphics • Edit raw footage from podcast appearances and founder recordings in order to have clean audio, captions, pacing, and visual framing that makes the speaker look credible and watchable • Create or source graphics that match brand standards • Use AI tools for captioning, graphics, and visual formatting as part of your standard workflow 5. Required Experience and Skills Required • 1 to 3 years managing social media content for clients or brands, with at least some agency or client experience • Video editing skills with comfort in podcast and talking-head formats — Descript, Riverside.fm, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools • Strong hook and caption writing with AI writing tools as part of your regular workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) • Experience managing a LinkedIn content strategy for a person or brand • Portfolio required: please include at least one video edit, two to three social posts with context, and an example of a content approach you built or contributed to • Ability to work independently between weekly check-ins and manage your own pace and priorities Preferred • YouTube channel experience (either launch, growth, or ongoing management) • Familiarity with B2B professional services, consulting, or financial services content • Experience creating content for an executive or personal brand • Comfort with Canva, Adobe Premiere, Claude Design, or similar design and editing tools 6. Key Performance Indicators You will be evaluated at 90 days on: • Content program progress. Have we documented content pillars, platform goals, and 90-day calendar by Day 30 • YouTube channel live: Channel is launched, branded, and publishing on schedule within 60 days • LinkedIn growth: Measurable month-over-month increase in posts and engagement as well as follower count • Posting consistency: Content goes out on time, on brand, with good video quality 7. Working Arrangement This is a part-time, fully remote role. You will have a standing weekly check-in with the founder to set priorities and review in-progress work. The founder is an active resource. She will show up for the work, give you the raw material, and be available between check-ins for questions via Slack or Notion or whatever we decide. If you thrive with a clear weekly direction and then want to run with it, this is a good fit. 8. Additional Details We use the Predictive Index at Predictive Advisors. Candidates who advance in the process may be invited to complete a brief behavioral assessment. This is not a screening tool, it helps us understand how to work with you well. 9. How to Apply Send your portfolio and a brief note on why this role fits what you do. A cover letter is not necessary. Your portfolio should include: • At least one video edit from a podcast appearance or talking-head recording • Two to three social posts with brief context on what you were going for and what happened • An example of a content program or approach you built or shaped
