We're looking for someone who doesn't just post content. We want someone who understands social media strategy, knows how to grow brands organically, and can turn views into customers and followers into loyal fans. What You'll Do Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Create a monthly content calendar Write engaging captions Edit short-form videos Post consistently across all platforms Stay on top of trends and viral content Respond to comments and messages Grow local followers and increase salon bookings Help build our Salon into the most recognized salon brand in the area Veloci Holdings (Bonus) Build the founder's personal brand Create educational business and investing content Turn long-form videos into short-form clips Design carousels and graphics Help grow YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X Create content that attracts investors, business owners, and acquisition opportunities What We're Looking For You have experience with: Social media management (3+ years preferred) Short-form video editing Content strategy Storytelling Copywriting Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube Shorts Canva CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) Bonus if you've worked with: Service businesses Hair salons or beauty brands Real estate Investing Private equity Personal brands Viral content strategies Success Metrics You'll be measured by results, including: Follower growth Engagement rate Reach and impressions Video views Shares and saves Website clicks Salon bookings generated Qualified inbound leads Overall brand growth We care about business results, not vanity metrics.
