Social Media Marketer and Content Strategist

WHO WE ARE A small business coaching firm supports purpose-driven leaders and visionaries to reconnect with their power, clarity, and wild dreams. We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who can translate vision into content, content into community, and community into conversions — across two active, interrelated programs and a new growing membership community. WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategy — Develop a social strategy aligned with enrollment, brand authority, and speaking goals. Build a 90-day growth roadmap in your first 30 days. Content & Editorial — Own the content calendar. Create or oversee posts, captions, Stories, and Reels across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Community — Manage comments and DMs, nurture relationships, and grow a values-aligned audience. Launch Support — Collaborate on content tied to enrollment windows, email sequences (Kit), and campaign cycles. Actively play a role in lead generation efforts and monitoring. Analytics — Track monthly KPIs and translate data into clear, actionable strategy. Quarterly Video — Provide creative direction for in-person shoots that will take place in Mexico City. (bonus if located here) WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years of social media strategy experience — growth, storytelling, and results Platform fluency — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; Substack or Youtube experience a strong plus Content planning — editorial calendars, campaigns, narrative through-lines Funnel awareness — social content that connects to lead gen and enrollment Short-form video — Reels, Stories; editing or creative direction experience Tool stack — Kit, Canva, Squarespace, Video editing + a scheduling tool (Later, Metricool, etc.) Exceptional written voice — strong storytelling and copywriting instincts WHO YOU ARE A proactive, growth-oriented self-starter with a strong aesthetic and storytelling sensibility. You’re passionate about brand growth across social platforms and actively experiment with social media strategies. You're honest about capacity, reliable as a collaborator, and you understand how to apply race, gender, and liberatory cultural analysis to creative work — naturally, not performatively. You're aligned with mission-driven work and invested in the relationship, not just the deliverables.
