Social Media & Organic Sales Growth Assistant (Instagram + Noon UAE)

My budget is limited, so I'm looking for someone who can deliver great results cost-effectively. Responsibilities 1. Grow our Instagram account organically, focusing on a UAE audience. 2. Create high-quality content, including: Reels Carousel posts Feed posts Instagram Stories 3. Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule. 4. Engage with followers and help build an active community. 5. Drive traffic and sales to our Noon store. 6. Assist with converting Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries into sales. 7. Suggest new organic marketing ideas, trends, collaborations, and campaigns. Goals - Build a genuine UAE-based Instagram community. - Increase brand awareness organically. - Generate consistent sales through our Noon store. - Gradually grow direct sales through Instagram and WhatsApp. Requirements - Experience managing Instagram accounts for brands. - Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools. - Ability to create premium-looking content. - Understanding of Instagram growth strategies and the UAE market. - Experience with e-commerce or beauty/fragrance brands is a plus.
