Social Media Production VA (Canva Expert) – Fast-Paced Sports/Golf Pages

We run 3 successful golf media brands on Facebook and are looking for a fast, reliable Virtual Assistant to handle breaking news graphics and posting. You will be working directly with our News Editor. This is an "on-call" style freelance role. When a golf news story breaks, you need to turn around graphics within 1 hour. What you will do: 1. Receive a news link from our Editor 2. Use that link to Create 3 distinct headlines + source 3 different images. 3. Use our pre-made, professionally designed Canva templates to create 3 distinct news graphics (one for each of our 3 brands). 4. Use AI to write a short, engaging caption for each page (we provide prompts to assist with this to keep it fast). 5. Directly publish or schedule the posts to our Facebook pages. All within 1 hour of being sent the link. Requirements: Intermediate to advanced Canva skills (must be comfortable swapping images, framing text, and exporting cleanly without messing up template layouts). Fast communication via Slack/WhatsApp during US daytime hours. High attention to detail (no spelling errors, correct logos on correct pages). Interest or knowledge in golf/sports is a huge plus, but not required. To apply, please share 2–3 examples of social media graphics you have created. The most important part about this role is that we expect a 1 hour turn around time, 7 days a week, between the hours of 10am and 10pm Eastern Time (Time in New York). We will pay appropriately for this turn around time and availability.
