Social Media VA (Real Estate) — Content Posting + Lead Generation (Instagram & Facebook)

Description: We are a fast-growing Australian buyer’s agency helping busy professionals invest in property. We’re looking for a Social Media VA / Content & Lead Manager to help turn our content into leads and booked calls. ⚠️ Important: This role is NOT just posting content. Your goal is to engage, start conversations, and generate leads. What You’ll Do: • Post reels and content on Instagram & Facebook • Write engaging captions + add relevant hashtags • Respond to comments quickly (within 1–3 hours) • Send DMs to people who engage with our content • Start conversations and qualify potential clients • Book calls using our script • Update leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel or similar) • Provide a simple weekly performance report What We Provide: • All video content (you don’t need to create videos) • DM scripts and templates • Clear SOP (step-by-step process) • Training and ongoing support Requirements: • Strong written English (very important) • Experience with Instagram & Facebook • Comfortable chatting with leads via DM • Fast response time • Basic understanding of sales or lead generation Bonus (Nice to Have): • Experience in real estate or property investing • Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM systems • Experience booking calls or handling leads To Apply: Please answer the following: 1.
